Banana Ice Cream with Almonds
Creamy, smooth and luscious, banana ice cream with almond milk helps rehydrate your body. Bananas are sweet and restore electrolytes on hot summer days. Almond butter provides some heartiness that with healthy fats and protiens. It is completely vegan, and can be made completely raw depending on the almond milk you use.
1. Chop two frozen bananas into thirds and add to a blender with the almond butter, almond milk and cinnamon.
2. Starting on low speed, puree the mixture until it is smooth and creamy. Serve and enjoy.
For firmer consistency, place in freezer for ten minutes or until desired consistency is reached.
