Deepen your practice, grow and create a much-needed shift in your life! All levels of practicing yogis are welcome to participate in our Autumn Master Class 6-Week Series with Antoinette DiMascio-500RYT to go in-depth in your study of yoga to foster vitality in your mind, body and spirit.
The series includes six focused master classes, as follows:
Week 1: Waiting to Exhale – Exploring pranayama (breath) and its relation to asana in a whole new way!
Week 2: Back into Motion – Release tension in your lower back and deep asana… or should we say AHHHHHsana!
Week 3: Open – Heart opening practice to melt away grief and years of hardened emotions with asana and a gemstone mediation.
Week 4: Deep Release – Learn to marry your movement and breath to create a deep sense of inner peace like never before!
Week 5: Safe and Secure – Asana and meditation techniques to decrease anxiety.
Week 6: Immune Boost Restorative with Chakra Crystal Meditation – Get ready for the busy holiday season, and strengthen your immunity!
