All Level Grounding Practice with Jennifer

It is a strange time to be alive. We are distancing and trying to be safe. There is a lot of uncertainty about our immediate future. This can create fear and instability in our lives.

This yoga class is sequenced to create steadiness, a firm ground, and balance in your body and mind. Equanimity is the concept of a mental balance. When we are grounded in mental equanimity there is an internal balance of emotion and thought that is less susceptible to the vacillations of the world outside.

This class includes naval oriented asana, nadi shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) and a meditation.
