Drishti is the technique of placement of eyes. If you’re looking at something then thinking of that thing, close your eyes. If you close your eyes and you start to imagine the rest of your day, open your eyes. Focus your eyes to mitigate the incoming stimuli so you can be more fully aware of your mind's eye.
