All Level Hatha Yoga with Meghan

Join Meghan for an hour long hatha yoga practice.

This class intends to build Pran Vayu in the body. Vayu Means wind. Vayu in the body is a current of energy. Pran vayu is in the head and chest and relates to our ability to take things in. So this practice creates space and builds our ability to not be overwhelmed by stimuli.
