Restorative yoga focuses on relaxing the body in restful postures that provide the body an opportunity to renew and heal. Restorative yoga promotes a healthy parasympathetic nervous system (PNS), which is responsible for balancing the body and bringing its response system back into equilibrium. Practicing restorative yoga can help to lower heart rate and blood pressure, support the immune system, and keep the endocrine system operating healthily.
Restorative yoga is recommended for people of all skill levels, and can benefit everyone!
This class is a special class and is not included with class cards or monthly unlimited memberships.
