A practice with focus on developing a steady ground from which to grow a long spine. Stabilize your foundation to grow up tall from it, regardless of which body part is ground (hands, knees, forearms, feet). Tone, breathe and prepare to be steady and safe. Once the physical form is steady the inner space can expand.

Including centering, pranayama, asana, savasana and meditation.
