WHATS YOUR FAVORITE WAY TO SHOW YOURSELF SOME LOVE?

Practicing Yoga has transformed the way I see myself, the way I see the world, the way that I see other people, the way I engage in the world, and the choices I make. I want to share this liberation, I want to help people feel like they are flowing with the current of life, content in knowing and feeling, and being comfortable with who they truly are.

Yoga first helped me get in touch with my body. It helped me learn to be quiet and then I began to gain awareness and courage to listen to what was coming up. I began to understand myself, I began to know myself, and I began to value myself.

  • Would it be difficult to answer the question, how do you value yourself?
  • Do you struggle make yourself a priority?
  • Do you have unbalanced, or unhealthy relationships?
  • Do you feel depleted/exhausted from trying to do "ALL THE THINGS" you "should" be?
  • Do you struggle with wishing things were different all the time?

If the honest internal answer is a 'Yes' to any or most of these, it's a good indication that this area could use some attention. I know it doesn't feel great to acknowledge it, but we CAN change this. It takes practice and some consistent effort, it's worth it, and the outcome is truly transformative.

Yoga for Cultivating Self Worth is my Signature Program; the result of many months of focused, intentional, and personal work. The primary goal of the program is to cultivate and deeply seed a sense of your own self worth with time tested Yogic and Ayurvedic techniques. You will complete the program with an established familiarity with several core practices that will continue to support you as you move on.

This 9 month program will not be right for everyone. It requires an investment, dedication, and commitment to yourself and your practice that will carry you through the program.
