This month’s student of the month is Kate Carney! Kate started practicing at Lilananda about 1 year ago. At that time she knew there were benefits to practicing Yoga regularly but she didn’t quite feel it yet. Over the past year Kate has been taking classes regularly and practicing at home. She has integrated some of the practices and principles she has learned from Yoga & Ayurveda into her life. Doing these things consistently has allowed Kate to establish a better connection to her body and has helped her in her day to day life as well.
