This month’s student of the month is Jim Shear!
Jim started practicing yoga about 20 years ago at the urging of his wife Celeste, who explain the benefits of yoga and how this might help alleviate his stiffness, aches and pains. He has found that a regular yoga practice indeed does have many physical, mental, and spiritual benefits.
He started practicing at Lilananda Yoga exactly one year ago and has tried to incorporate regular yoga into his busy weekly routine. He often practices at Lilananda alongside his wife, Celeste.
