Take a few minutes to stretch then settle into a supported child’s pose. Embody the mentality of a child: A person with no responsibility that has whole hearted faith in another person to take care of what needs to be taken care of. Relieving yourself of technique, release yourself onto your prop. Your prop being your ground representative. Put your faith in the earth to hold you as you take a much needed break from responsibility.
