Yoga for Self Worth is a program designed for Women who are prepared to put some real effort into their own personal evolution and growth. All aspects of the program are inline with the philosophies and practices of Yoga and Ayurveda.
The primary goals of the program are:
- Cultivating a deepened and lasting sense of your own self-worth. This is the biggest goal and will affect every single area of your life.
- Establish a familiarity with core practices that will continue to support you after the program has ended.
This is a 9 month program. There will be work to do (sometimes hard work). There will be moments of ease & peace, there with be unfolding, unearthing, understanding, support, and evolution. The program includes study of yoga philosophy, physical practices, Ayurvedic philosophy and practices, breath work, mediation and more. The program also includes 9 virtual, one hour, one-to-one sessions with me to answer questions, to make sure we are personalizing the practice in a way that is most beneficial, and to address any concerns.
